Yesterday Short Stuff, KK, Unk and I went to my neighbor's farm and baled hay. At first I wished I had worn shorts. It was rather hot, and both KK and Short Stuff had worn shorts. After we started picking up the bales I found out that long pants weren't such a bad idea. KK's legs were bleeding from the hay scratches. Short Stuff's legs were also scraped up, but I don't think they were quite as bad as KK's.
I had to pick up an old tractor battery, and accidentally spilled battery acid on my jeans. In order to stop the burning pian, I had to dump water all over them. OK, it sounds worse than it was. It did hurt though.
Well I am being told that it is time for bed. Sorry this is such a short post. Hopefully I can do better tomorrow.

Ouch, acid?! That must have HURT!! Well, I'm glad you didn't wear shorts. :) I LOOOOVE your new template!!! It's beautiful!! I wish I could have seen you at church today...

Why didn't I see you at church? Did you go to first service, or did you not go at all? I heard lots of folks got the flu, it didn't hit you guys, did it? I missed you today. I guess I'll see you next week!
ReplyDeleteNo, I didn't get the flu, but Mom and Dad left us home cause they didn't want us to get it. :) I'll be there next this Sunday; I've got to do the PowerPoint stuff for you guys! :D
