I had a blast on my birthday! I got a sewing machine of my very own!! I call it my Maserati. It's awesome. Or, at least, I'm sure it will be as soon as I figure out how to work it. :D
Instead of a graphic artist, I think I'll be a dental hygienist. It seems to fulfill what I want in a job. I would really like to work with people, and I love teeth. Someone said that you need to take art classes in order to become a hygienist because they want you to have steady hands. Since I like to draw, maybe that means my hands wouldn't shake as much...I don't know. My only fear is of carnivorous children that like to bite fingers. I'm tellin' ya, it's a scary world out there!
We had a very interesting pool experience while we were at the Y today. Kirsten came face to face with two turds that were lying at the bottom of the pool! It was disgusting. Mom told the life guards and they were grossed out too. They were really funny to watch. The pool had to be closed down. We were going to leave anyway so we didn't lose any swim time. I don't think I'll ever think of the pool in the same way again. Yuck, yuck, yuck.
On that pleasant note, I think I'm going to close. Ta ta! :D
