I love cake decorating! Kirsten and I are taking the class together. Its been A LOT of fun. The Teacher is really nice. She lets us borrow her supplies, and is very helpful.All of the other kids in the class are homeschooled! I thought that was pretty cool.
Wesley is a very sweet little bird. He used to belong to a friend of ours, but now that she's off to college, we got to keep him. When we owned budgies, they'd always spook and go flying off, but he never does. He's very quiet, too...Except at night. Unfortunately, around ten o'clock, he decides to bang on his cage bars. He keeps it up for about twenty minutes. However since that is one of his only faults, I think we can forgive him.
Oh, what a pretty cake! That is awesome! And how neat,you get to take care of Wesley! That must be most interesting! =)

Thanks! It was fun to make. Next week we're going to learn how to make flowers. That'll be fun.
